Thanks for stopping by my blog! Please read all of my policies before trying to send me anything or contacting me about the way I run my blog.
In General
I read published books, ARC's, and the occasional Figment book. The Figment books I read are usually completed novels written by young adult writers on a teen writing website. I rarely read a book that I won't like, but when I do, you must understand that it's my honest opinion, not a fact or law or some unchangeable force of nature that doesn't like a book. It's not a personal vendetta, and you shouldn't take it as such.
Review Policy
I review several genres of books. Middle grade, young adult, and new adult have always been my constant go-to's. I have recently added adult books as well. My constants are young adult/new adult contemporary romance and YA paranormal romance. My blog is a mostly new adult/adult review blog at the moment. Romance, action, and a paranormal creature or two usually make up my favorite books.

Reviewing Order
You can see on my page Upcoming the reviews I have planned and other book-related and travelevents.
Posting Reviews
I always post my book reviews on my blog and on Goodreads. If it's a Figment book then I will post it on my blog and on the book's review section on Figment. I'm am in process of adding my reviews to Amazon and Barnes & Noble as well. With books that haven't been released yet that can be tricky and it can often slip my mind. I always appreciate an email or tweet or comment or whatever reminding me.
Posting Schedule
You will see when all of my reviews are going to be posted by going to my Upcoming page. You will also see release dates, cover reveals, blog tours, the works.
Authors and Publishers
I do accept ARC's, to-be published books, and just regular old books looking for a review. If I don't like you're book(s), it is a matter of opinion, and you shouldn't take it to heart. Please do not send me a book that is in the middle of a series unless you plan on sending me the books that come before that one or unless the book can be read as a standalone.
Book Formats
Print or Kindle edition is preferred.
Review Requests
You can find my review requests form on my Contact Me page. I require the title of the book, the author's name, the genre, the book format, your name, your email, and your website (the last one is optional). Please try to answer this truthfully and to the best of your ability. Thank you.
Rating System
The normal five-star rating system, just a little jazzed up. Five stars is Kooky Overload, otherwise known to regular people as AM-A-ZING. Four stars is Wild, meaning it was pretty awesome. Three stars is Quirky, meaning I liked it, but it wasn't anything really special. Two stars is Peculiar, which means I didn't really like it that much. And one star (which I very rarely use) is Sane, which means that the book was just not for me in any way.
Figment is a website for teen writers (usually young adult writers). I offer to read and review books by Figment authors in sub genre's that I like. These books are free and online. The Figment website is open to all writers thirteen and older. I use the same rating system for Figment books as I do for normal books. I post the review of the book on Figment and on my blog, though I tend to be a little more lenient in my reviews towards Figment writers because most are uncompleted so if there are a few grammatical errors I don't mind. If errors bother you then leave a comment and ask if there were a lot of errors in the Figment book and I'll be happy to reply. Some Figment books are absolutely fantastic, and I wouldn't turn my nose up at them because they can be better than a lot of published books are.

I love comments! So don't hesitate to share your thoughts. Leave your blog/website name and link so I can get back to you. And if you're a new follower, tell me. Note that this is an award-free zone. I loved getting awards and I was pleased you guys thought I was special, but I was nominated so many times and it took a lot of time to do the award posts, time that I don't have. So thanks, but no thanks.
Happy reading!
