This was horrible. Horrendous. Absolutely revolting. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever read this. It just hurts too bad.



It's just... I can't.. oh my god... just no. NO! No. Nononononononononononononononononononononononononononononononononononononononono!!!



Be warned Jessica Sorensen. You better make another book. This one was so sad, and the ending tore me in half! It was beautiful, but also the most horrid thing I've ever read. Fix it! Fix it! I can't stand it like that. You have to do something!



I can't say any more right now. It was a great read and I couldn't put it down. But I hated the ending. I really did.

Sally and Costin are my favorite couple, without a doubt. Sally I suppose reminds me of my quieter side. It's what I love about these books. All three of the girls are alike to me in some way. Sally is probably my more timid side, whereas Jen would be my party animal side. And I love that. I can relate to the characters, which I can't say that I do for every book.

Another great thing about these books? There's no pretenses. I hate how in most books everything is so structured and perfect. Or, well, I do like the control in that, but I absolutely love the chaos in this. It completely rocks.

I can't wait for the next book to be out. It comes out in January sometime, I think. Right? Well you can plan on me reading it as soon as it comes out. I would have read this one a lot earlier, but I didn't know it was out yet. Silly me. I should really stay on top of these things.

Going back to the story, I really like what I thinks going to happen between Jacque's mom and the warlock king. I had always felt bad about her not really finding her happiness. And the others who find their mates (I'm not naming any names because I just gave away a big enough spoiler for that).

I really am just waiting for the next book. I can't wait. It's going to be amazing!

So read this book. READ! READ! READ! You have to READ it!

I know I said I hated the characters from the last one. This is actually the third book in the series, I think. And I still hate the characters, but I couldn't stand the sense of not knowing what was going to happen to Sophie. So I read this. I didn't really like this one either. But it was more to do with the story than the actual characters this time.

Will I recommend it? Not really. I suppose if you really like having your life controlled than this is the book for you. Unfortunately, people who try to control my life usually end up on their asses out my door. The rest decided it was safer to take a hike. My point being this just isn't the book for me.

I'm being generous giving it three stars, but then I could hardly give the author two really negative stars when it was my choice to read this book even after not liking the last one.

I was honestly... surprised by this book. The description didn't give me a lot to expect from this, but it sounded pretty good. Maybe a little definite and final, but nonetheless it sounded like something I'd read.

I think one of my favorite things about this book is the completely untraditional way Kai and Rea fell in love. It was a very original idea, not to mention modern. I loved that little twist, because nowadays in most books when the main characters fall in love they always follow the same boring, cliched, traditional approach. And honestly? It gets boring. This was different, and I absolutely loved that.

I can't wait for the next book to come, I'm really looking forward to reading that. This story had such a good plot and the story structure was sound. I find that a lot of self-published books have atrosious plot structure and everything falls apart. This story was great, and now there's a new cover and all the errors are gone! So I bumped up my rating to five stars because of that. It really was a good story.

I am going to highly suggest reading this if you ever find the time, because I think it was wonderful and overall an amazing read. I wasn't expecting to like it so much, and in the beggining I will admit I scoffed at the way it started but in the end I had fallen in love with this story.

I'm going to stick with what I said in my review of 'While It Lasts,' the third book in the Sea Breeze series. This is a 17+ YA book in my point of view. The sex gets more detailed in these last few books, and for people who don't like that sort of thing I'm warning you now.

I love this book, just like all of the others in this series. I remember when we first met Preston. His sex life and tool-worthiness gets worse as the books go on I think. I really liked this story, even though Cage is still my favorite bad-boy. These books have lots of cliches in them. For this book the cliche is the kid sister dating her brothers best friend.

It's a great book and I highly reccommend it to anyone who has read other books in this series or who loves some bad-boy craziness. Amanda is not my favorite character. Honestly, I think she's a little dull, but definitely brave for going after someone she knows is going to hurt her.

Preston is the same as always, just with a little less brain then some of the other guys and a lot more dark problems. He rocks, but still comes second to Cage in my opinion.

Definitely worth reading, people. You won't regret it.

I know the ones before this were definitely young adult, but this was a lot more explicit then those. I loved the story, and I think this may be my favorite out of all of the Sea Breeze books, but I will warn you readers that this book goes into detail a lot more. I don't think I'd even say that this is YA. If I were to rate it, I'd say it's a 17+ book due to the sex in the book.

The story was beautifully written, and I loved to see everything from Cage's point of view. I grew to love Cage. He is surprisingly humble when it comes to his self-worth. He might act like an arrogant, cocky bastard but he is anything but. He is so sweet to Eva. He is definitely better than Jax or Marcus.

Eva was a nice character too. She wasn't pitiful, which was nice because both Low and the girl from the first book seemed like pity characters. Nice enough, but you felt sorry for them a lot more than you actually liked them. Eva you do feel sorry for, but it's easier to relate. Most people have lost someone in their family that they were at least mildly close to.

Cage is still my favorite character, and I hope everyone else falls in love with him as much as I have. He is worth it. But I gotta say, nipple piercings don't do anything for me. If you read this story, then I can guarantee that you'll love it. As long as the sex parts don't bother you.

     A song at the beginning of the story. Well I wonder who on earth is going to sing in this story now? Clues, oh clues, I love how writers can drop hints for us readers from the first lines of a story. And someone does sing in this lovely story, Sing Me Home. It’s a beautiful story filled with pain and loss and at the end of the day, it’s a story about fighting to keep going.

     I would recommend reading this to everyone. The imagery is beautiful, using a wide variety of fancy words without trying. The plot structure is sound and it keeps you wanting to go back and read more. It was a very cute and prim story, which was nice even in the story’s short length. Short but sweet, a lovely read.

The first thing that keeps me wondering in this book is 'What is she running away from?' Abby is an interesting character that keeps you guessing and wondering even when you're not reading the book.

That being said, the plot was a little far-fetched for me and there wasn't really an obvious conflict besides what was happening between Abby and Travis. I kept wondering when the book was going to be over.

Don't get me wrong, the books great and all, it just needs something... more. There wasn't really anything besides the relationship between Abby and Travis. It kind of got old, and I got really annoyed at Abby for being so dim-witted at times.

A lot of things in this story were extreme, and not always in a good way. It was a little too fictionally and unrealistic. It's a shame, because the first time I read this I would have given it five stars.

But the more I read it the more I noticed the gaps and the problems and things that just turned me off as a reader. That being said, I did like the idea and a lot of the story did appeal to me.

I think the story needs a little revision, but that's just my opinion.

     I have got to say, this must be the best novel-in-progress I have ever read. One of the best pieces of writing I have ever read, novel-in-progress or no. I don't usually review novels-in-progresses, but I am so glad I did for this one.
     Finley Devon, or 'Fin' is the main character of the story. She's an artist seeking a freedom only the sky can grant her. In Lightcatcher she attempts to pursue that freedom, meeting lots of bumps in the road as she goes. With a big family that most don't like, Fin is definitely at odds with her dreams as high as the clouds in the sky.
     The first chapter in this story is done as a poem, which certainly caught my eye as different. Nowadays prologue's and un-thought thoughts are spilled onto the first few pages of a novel. A poem is different. A poem is unique. It has been done before, but rarely does it fit the writing and the idea.
    You will notice right away that the writing style is different in this than in most books. It's not just an ordinary pile of thoughts that you have to work through. For this, there is a sky and earth and air and everything fits. It's not a jumbled mess; it's a masterpiece in the making.
     Anyone who turns there noses up at unpublished writers better take another look and check this out. Anyone who can read should take a look. You have no idea what genius  you're missing. Sadly, this book is not yet completed. But I still recommend on reading it.
     Overall, I thought it was a lovely book, just as good, if not better, than anything that I have read before. I will continue to follow along as Jackie updates her book and finishes.

I absolutely loved it of course! But I hate the ending! It just makes you want to read more, and of course you're going to have to wait for the next book. And Chase... why? Why Chase?I could've handles Maddy or someone else, but Chase? SO UNFAIR! I had to put the book down for two hours to clear my head so I didn't bunch a hole through the wall or something. Actually, I'd probably just break my hand, knowing me. I wonder how the next book will play out. With Bryn changed and everything... I am dying to know. And I don't want her to fall in love with someone else. But I also don't want her to be alone. I want her to find someway to bring Chase back from the dead or something, though I find that's unlikely to happen. Boo-hoo :(

Okay, so I picked this book up from the library randomly when I was stranded at school after my exams, and I thought it was okay. Then I didn't touch it for a week because my books had come in the mail and I wanted to read those more than this one. I wasn't at an interesting point and didn't really care what was about to happen.

Then I got really bored either yesterday or the day before and I began to read it again. I cannot believe I put the book down! This book was so intense! It was original, beautiful, and well written. I just kept on reading.

I feel really bad for Helen and Lucas though. I mean, the mother said that Helen actually wasn't Ajax's kid when Pandora had her in chains. But then she called Helen the House of Thebes cousin in front of a truthseeker.

So I'm assuming that she means cousin the same way people with religious views say that everyone is their brother and sister. Because she wouldn't be lying if that was the case. But if she is lying, why is she lying? What's the point in hurting Helen that way?

I guess I'm just going to have to wait for Dreamless to come out. I am so going to devour that book!

When you think of spies I imagine James Bond comes to mind, yes? How about a sixty-year-old woman who kicks butt in the most wity way imaginable? Sound like your cup of tea? It definitely sounded good to me.
My grandmother recommended this book to me, and usually the books she recommends are a little wordy for my taste, but this was a hilarious, thrilling read that I enjoyed very much. It's not what I expected, but then again--the title is 'The Unexpected Mrs. Pollifax' so I think that's kind of the point.
Mrs. Pollifax is an old woman who is bored of life and has nothing to do with her time left. So she goes to Washington D.C. and then travels to Langley, Virginia, to the CIA. She offers to become a spy. It's so unheard of, and yet she ends up as a courier to pick up a package in Mexico City. Such a simple job, yet everything goes terribly wrong.
Mrs. Pollifax is abducted and taken to Albania where she befriends Mr. Farrel while trying to escape her certain death if she stays. It is a thrilling adventure and I hated to put the book down.
It is a light, quick, read, but it is so good you hardly notice it's short length. And there are more books to follow, so what's the rush?

For this series, I had to say I loved it. If you're looking for a series with fancy literature and formal settings this series is NOT for you. However, if you're looking for funny, sarcastic shennanigans in a bunch of books, this is what your looking for. It's fast and well set, you won't want to put the books down.

My friends would call this 'crap literature' because it doesn't focuse so much on the words as to the wording. It's a funny series, it's not dramatic or slow, it's 'this-is-an-adventure-and-is-fast-paced-and-will-not-slow-down-if-you-want-something-slower-and-more-realistic-find-your-grampa.' But I personally loved it!

I honestly think this is one of the best vampire books I have ever read. A friend of mine recommended it to me, se's one of the only people I know in person who reads the same genre as me and feels extremely passionate about the same sorts of books.

This book is unique in a way that the origin of the vampires is different, and the vampires themselves have a different name. The conflict within the story is complicated, because you're paying attention to various conflicts at once.

This is, I believe, in third person limited, though I ma be wrong. It's confusing because you see into different characters minds at different points in the story and you don't really get much of a warning in it.

But I do like this story very much, even if it's not my favorite book, I think it's a very good book and I recommend it to all fantasy lovers and YA adicts. I can promise you that this one will not cliché with other vampire books. Or at least, none that I have read.

A thirteen year-old boy names Joshua, or Josh as his friends call him, investigates the disappearance of his father. The police report said that Josh's dad had been killed when his plane crashed, but Josh thinks otherwise.

Josh delves into the mystery of his father’s disappearance and experiences several pulse-pounding and heart-stopping adventures as he comes to terms with the truth and reality of everything that happened.

I've always loved mythology and science fiction, things of the surreal, and Invisible City completes my craving for that particular hunger and interest in books. I love a good adventure, and I feel that MG Harris has made that possible with this book.

This is different from the books and movies I've read about Mayan tomb raiders, as I had first suspected it to be, and more into a world where the impossible is inevitable.

This is one of my favorite series of books, but it was not too difficult nor too easy to read, and the vivid imagery the story created was enough to satisfy any person's imagination. The story was fueled with gut-wrenching anxiety and anticipation for what was to come. With every new page I couldn't wait for the next intense adventure to appear, and to find the outcome of the book.

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a good adventure story with some odd twists and turns that will leave you ecstatic and waiting for more.

Okay first off: Diana's pregnant? Did she learn nothing in Sex Ed about birth control?

Second: Is Little Pete actually dead, or did he just go poof?

Third: Will they ever get out of the FAYZ?

So I'm a total idiot for not reading this book like a year ago when it actually came out. My parents had limited me to how many books I could buy. My friends always complain that I am not a normal human being, prefering the company of books rather than actual living people.

Eh, I think I may be in love with a few fictional characters. But hey? We all have our own imaginary friends. Mine are just inspired by various author's imaginations. I least I know that if I am ever locked in a padded cell I will never be lonely with my books. That's if I'm allowed them. If not I'll talk to my imaginary firends.

So this book was awesome, like all of the other ones before it. I finished it in two days flat. I've would've finished it in one, but unfortunately I'm required to go to this mandatory thing called 'school.' Oh, and you'd never guess what I have to do there. I actually have to learn. Not like I haven't tried hiding books in my textbooks or under the desk.

I can't say that I have ever read any books quite like these. They have all of the supernatural coolness like in X-Men, but the lovely teenagerness that comes with teenagers, and a heck of a lot of disturbing horror stuff.

I don't know if this book would be counted as a thriller or horror because I try to stay away from books like that. They just aren't my appetite when it comes to books. And I wouldn't call these books paranormal romance, which is what I usually like to read.

But I don't care what labels you put on these books. They are graphic, horrifying, disturbing in every way imaginable, creative, inspirational, totally awesome, and they make you think about what you would do if you were put into that situation.

So of course I love these books. :D

I would recommend ‘Passion’ by Lauren Kate to teenage girls, or people who enjoy a nice YA romance that involves time travel and love at its strongest. I think that this book is brilliantly written and that it captures love in its most divine form. ‘Passion’ is exactly what the reader feels when they read the epic tale of a true love story, making this book stand out among others.

In ‘Passion’ Lauren Kate writes about a fictional teenage girl named Luce. Luce travels back through time to watch the romances of her past lives with Daniel, the immortal fallen angel who happens to be the love of her life, or rather, lives. Luce watches again and again as her past lives die for Daniel, who is helpless to stop the curse forced upon them. Luce must find a way to break the curse, and she believes that the answer lies somewhere in the past—but she could destroy the future with the smallest action.

The characters in ‘Passion’ are well thought out and easily believable. Although empathy is impossible in the surreal world Lauren Kate has created, the intriguing style with engaging characters makes this a must read.

There is a wealth of teen romance genre books available to choose from. ‘Passion’ sets itself apart with an engaging, quick moving plot, believable characters, and many interesting twists and turns. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new definition of love.

Okay, this trilogy is AMAZING! And this book is great! The first book enticed the reader to read on, but Wolfsbane captivates the readers in an alluring trap of cliff-hangers and drama. This is the best books for a W.R.H.R. (Well Read Hopeless Romantic)

The Nightshade Trilogy is extremely different from werewolf books, and I'm sure others would agree that it should never be even mention in that category of reading. It does these books no justice. These are more than just books with magic and shape-shifters.

Epic battles, true love, and the war between the Keepers and Searches holds the reader on edge. You will never put the book down. Not to eat, sleep, bathe, or do anything besides READ. Once the story has (sadly) come to an end, then you may deal with your necessities.

I love almost all young adult paranormal romance books, but I only have two favourite series in that genre, and this is one of them. Considering how much I love to read and dream of distant fantasies, I'd say that's pretty good praise. Though I may just think to highly of myself. :D

I have one word for everyone interested in this book.
