It's always exciting for me when an author gives us a scene from one of the other characters. Especially when there's some romance. And come on, we've all been wondering what Tobias was thinking. I mean, hello? Four is a puzzel and Tobias is a mystery. Together it's just too good to be true to finally get a little info inside his head.
Unfortunately, this is a novella, only one chapter from Four/Tobias's point of view. But at least we get this. It's a wonderful insight into Four's head.
There really isn't much I can say about this, as it's only one chapter. But it's amazing, wonderful, lovely, [add in other appriciate words here].
Read it, you'll love it. Though I should suggest you read Divergent first, because it won't make much sense otherwise...
